The RF16CE is a severe Folk/OOO sized acoustic-electric guitar and constructed using galore of the same elements and proficiencies applied in building our higher end instruments. It’s sounds and plays superbly well and is a classic looking Folk guitar. The RF16CE has a spruce top and mahogany back and sides, classic tone woods that generate a warm and well-balanced tone. We have made the neck profile on Regent Series a little finer so they’re more comfortable to play and each model is constructed using a dovetail neck joint that optimizes the transfer of energy amid the neck and body.
